Dear sir
i would like to recognize ur words. It gives a passion to work and deal with the person ,i am surely admit ur words for the growth of people .This may reflect the feelings and diversity to perform our skills.

Thanks Matt. You are a kindred spirit. I hope you have excellent demos every time and that you are willing to be a little less than perfect in your execution.

Very nice, I give product demos on a daily basis and am always looking for areas of improvement so I'm really glad I've found someone in a similar situation. I shall read the rest of this blog with extreme interest.

Regarding this post, I think its spot on. In every demo I do there is always a technical problem or something not quite perfect especially when the customer asks a random question but I think the real skill is recovering from the problem and staying calm.
